There are many complaints I have in how my case has been handled. Highlights:
Illegal entry & search of my home. (Adult/homeowner did not give permission; no warrant)
Failure to follow mandate to take steps to "prevent the removal of child from the home." (NOTHING was done.
Continually altering the requirements for the return of my child, after the initial issues were resolved.
Denying my right to homeschool
Many exaggerations, omissions, and falsifications. For example: Concerning the reasons I was homeschooling (I was doing so legally, with permission  of district); reason for the condition of the home at time of removal ( broken water pipes); child's abilities & disabilities( the disabilities have been grossly exaggerated to make it look like child is even more severely affected than she is, making me look even worse); failure to note child's level in recent IEP prior to her removal.
Placing child in worse environment: (a) very rundown, with filthy carpets, windows, etc. for first five months. (b) male resident in group home where child is placed that exposes himself in front of my child/anyone. (c) two residents that hit her (and others), and take her belongings, often breaking or otherwise damaging them.
Saying it is OK for agency to move my child but concerned if family may need to move, citing "transitioning concerns" for my child--Yet they have NONE as they have moved her THREE times now,; we may need to move once.
Citing that she is familiar with staff and all where she has been a total of 6 1/2 months (as of Aug. 10,2009) so it was OK to move her with the same housemates when they got a new residence....But concerned about a move with her MOTHER of 16 years????!!!!???
Many meetings held on short notice and in private (my home), where I don't have my attorney (not enough time to schedule) or other witnesses present (this is when they usually have altered their demands).
Placing my child approx. 8 hours away, creating financial hardship for parent, for making visitation, and thereby also greatly limiting visitations, claiming it was the ONLY placement that could meet child's needs and that they would pay for. (But don't they receive BLOCK GRANTS and they decide how to spend?)
Forced me to leave a FT job where I had provisions for child supervision, claiming the arrangement I had (in a small assisted living center) was no longer an "appropriate environment". Then complained in court that they are now concerned if I can provide for my child if she were returned AND demanding I apply for welfare.
I am sure I am leaving something out...but these are the main issues I have with the CPS office and its agents, located in Brookings, SD (USA).

lying, fabricating evidence, intimidating witnesses, not doing proper investigations for their own gain( in otherwords interviewing only those that they think will help win their case, adopting children out from parents that could have been placed back if proper education and services were given, taking testimony from people who have a history of making false allegations and taking advantaage of poor uneducated and special needs people. Also placing children in foster homes that the foster parents belittle and gossip about childrens biological parent, ( this is child abuse)

Criminal acts committed by these agencies include:

1) Perjury

2) Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice

3) Keeping a rape victim in a room for two hours in an attempt to force her to sign documents against her will,  after seperating her from two victim support workers who had come to court to support the rape victim.

4) Ignoring the cries and screams for two hours, of a rape victim who was being psychologically tortured and illegally detained by two family court solicitors.

5) Making an illegal  court order for a person suffering from PTSD due to systematic and malicious bullying by the family court to recieve treatment from a psychiatrist, without any diagnosis or consultation from a doctor of any kind.

6) Making an ultimatum to  a woman who has collapsed due to the stress of having to be cross examined by the man who raped her to either go into the court and be cross examined or be injected and taken to the psychiatric hospital, when the woman was begging to be allowed to go home.

That's just a few to be going on with, these devils are guilty of far more than crimes than this.

Chapel Hill North Carolina

This agency abuses the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997 by terminating parental rights just 7 months or less after the initial removal.  Also, Judge Patricia Divine and Carol Holcomb, the State's Attorney, are in collusion with the Department of Social Services in allowing lies, misinformation and twisting of facts by social workers into court records while refusing to hear documented proof of these lies.  If a foster parent wants to adopt a child in their custody, they will terminate the rights just so that the state can make money.  They label children special needs at will.  The year my TPR was overturned, the same judge and state attorney had 5 other TPRs overturned.  In fact, every TPR appealed where they were involved was overturned that year.  This is very telling in that most TPRs were upheld by the North Carolina Appellate Court except in this county, this Department of Social Services, Judge, Social Workers and State Attorney.

DCF made allegations against me that were not true.
