Open the video file with File -> Open Video... Open the filter window with Subtitle -> Filter You can zoom the video in preview with zoom in/out button, or enter the scale number. Click in the bar below the preview part to show the image of the video, try to position in the time with subtitle. Press the yellow triangle to move to next frame of the video. Set the number in the "Region" or click (you need to use both left and right click) in the preview to select a region for the subtitle. Click on the rectangle to show the region overlay in preview, click on the center to show the center line overlay in preview. Enable "Full Width" to force the region width same as the video width. Move the mouse over the preview image, the color code show in pixel color section. Choose the "Subtitle Color" and "Outline Color" for the video. Set "Enable Filter" to enable the filter, set "Additional Color" to show detail result of filter. Choose filter method: "Color Only" or "Color + Outline". Press "Advance" to set filter parameters, read Filter Setting for more detail. 1. Remove only 1 pixel dot 2. Remove only 1 pixel line 3. Remove large block 4. Remove if the result touch the region edge 5. Remove if the result pass the region center Go back to main window, set rip option with Subtitle -> Rip Option All settings is finished, now you can click "Start" in the main window to process the video. Enable "Additional Color" to show detail filter result. Set "Force Merge" to merge subtitle even the timeline is not continue. Button from left to right:
After all unwanted subtitle is removed, go back to main window use File -> Save OCR Image Set "Subtitle Pre Image" for the amount of subtitle for each image. Scale up the subtitle image, OCR is better with bigger image. You can merge 2 row subtitle to 1 row. Finally, enter the text in the main window, then save the subtitle. |
