And a new friend is introduced: Wintergreen the elf, who’s the chief candy-maker-and-inventor at the workshop of Santa Claus. But when Wintergreen finds himself out of ideas, he comes up with an enterprising scheme to get fresh inspiration. What does he do? Why, he gets Ozma’s permission to set up a candy shop in the Emerald City for a whole year! And the results are sweet, let me tell you.
