Celebrate Oklahoma Voices presented by Story Chasers, Inc. (an Oklahoma nonprofit) and many other partner organizations. COV is a statewide digital storytelling project empowering learners to become digital witnesses, archiving local oral history and sharing that history safely on the global stage of the Internet. Celebrate Oklahoma Voices continues to grow and expand. The article "Empowering Oklahoma Educators to to Preserve and Share Oral History" provides a summary of our story through July 2008.

Dr. Dana Owens-Delong of the University of Central Oklahoma and Wesley Fryer currently serve as the co-directors for the COV project.
