Instructions for VDI Curriculum Writers:- If you don't already have one, create a free Google Account. (You can create a GMail account or a "plain" Google Account.)
- Open the Google Document "VDI: Template. If you don't have access to this document, send an email to storychasers@gmail.com and request access.
- Select a video on lc.celebrateoklahoma.us/video for which you want to create a VDI.
- Check the Google Document "VDIs Completed and In Process" to make sure no one has created a VDI for the video you have selected.
- Go to FILE - SAVE AS NEW COPY before editing / adding to this
document. Replace the word "template" twice (at the top of the document
and just under the Google Docs logo) to with the name of the video. This is very important! If you skip this step, you will be editing this original template file, which should remain blank!!!
-
Add your video to the Google Document "VDIs Completed and In Process" with your name (that way others hopefully won't create a VDI for the video you select.)
-
Fill in the table below, also adding new "tags" to the actual video's page on lc.celebrateoklahoma.us.
- Under the SHARE tab in the upper right corner, choose PUBLISH AS WEBPAGE. Click PUBLISH DOCUMENT and click the checkbox to republish automatically when edited.
- Edit the Google Document "VDIs Completed and In Process" to indicate your VDI is completed!
