Your Suite

Your suite has its own entrance, and features a separate living room and bedroom connected by double French doors, full en-suite bathroom, wet bar, and a collection of antique a
nd heritage furnishings. There’s full digital cable, LCD HDTV, DVD player, clock radio, iPod dock, high-speed wireless internet, and an extensive video library. You’ll find fresh fr
uit and chocolates, and a bottle of specially-selected  wine awaiting your arrival, with our compliments.



The private Edwardian-style bathroom features hardwood floors, a pedestal basin, and a deep soaker tub with rainshower.
A breakfast area with fridge, coffee-maker, microwave and mini-oven provides you with the independence you crave, and the superb facilities and services pamper you when you deserve. There’s hot chocolate and gourmet coffee, along with herbal and English teas.

The location is perfect - just a short walk from the Snug Cove ferry terminal, and Crippen park, with its hiking trails, lakes and lagoon, is right outside your door.


There is plenty of on-site parking, but if you prefer to leave your car in Horseshoe Bay, we are only about a 150-yard level walk from the ferry. The suite is accessed by its own staircase, which means we regret that it is not easily accessed by guests with limited mobility.

Breakfast

If you choose our full-service B&B option, breakfast is delivered to your suite, and will vary, depending on the season and what’s fresh.  Our breads are home-baked, and we can cater to any special dietary needs.

Summer and Winter Services

All weekend Bed and Breakfast rates, and mid-week Bed and Breakfast rates from June to Labour Day include deluxe service, with full daily housekeeping and breakfast delivered to the suite each morning. From after Labour Day until the end of May, midweek (Sunday to Thursday) B&B rates include a self-serve/picnic breakfast, fresh towels each day, and a mid-stay full housekeeping for stays of more than three nights.

Smoking
Cove House is strictly a non-smoking property.

Pets
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
