We welcome prospective athletes born in 2004 or older who would like to become members of Courceys AC.
Please view, print and complete the membership Application Form below and bring it with you on Registration night (Thursday January 19th 2012 at 8pm in the Community Hall). Please note if your child is not registered, your child will not be allowed to participate in training.
