Stress Management Group

Feeling A Little Stressed? 

Do You Want To Learn How To Cope With Problems And Deal With Stress Better?

 

If so, Mr. Taylor would like you to be a part of the Stress Management group that is forming soon.  We will meet once each week for about 6 weeks during 5th period to learn:

 

·             how stress and low self-esteem effects the body and mind,

·             some ways of coping with problems and stress, and

·             participate in a stress management activity

 

No more than 10 students will be allowed for each grade level group, so if you are interested, sign up in Mr. Taylor's office before Wednesday, October 27th.
