Welcome to Steven's Project Page!
The purpose of this site is to show off the projects I have finished or am currently working on. I cannot display these on my resumé, so I decided to dedicate this site to them. Below you will see what I do in my spare time, whether it be tinkering with my Arduino Uno or coding. This site will be updated over time with progress and upon completion of each of my personal projects. Electrical Engineering is not just my major, it is the most fascinating pastime, and this is the evidence.
Before I upgraded to my iPhone 6, I had an iPhone 4S Mophie Battery Phone Case. It had broken long ago, but I was able to salvage the 2,000 mAh battery and control panel from the case and turn it into a portable iPhone 6 charger with a cable adapter, a Q-Tip Box, and a Dremel!
I found a 555 timer and found an Instructable that showed me an example circuit. The original schematic didn't work, so I modified it to make a similar circuit with the 555 data sheet. The timer is variable based on both a capacitor and a series of resistors.
