Doughnut
Had a nice walk along Brighton seafront today taking loads of pictures as usual, luckily it was a nice blue sky with some lovely fluffy clouds. Right beside Brighton Pier is a large and controversial round sculpture that the locals fondly refer to as the Seasick Doughnut. Officially known as The Big Green Bagel, this unique statue was a gift of the Mayor of Naples to Brighton. The city's residents are split in their regard for the sculpture: they either love it or hate it. The one sure thing about it is that such a unique sculpture just can't be missed.
Voodoo Doughnut Too 1
This place had vegan raised (as well as cake-style) doughnuts in the shape of voodoo dolls, and many other interesting/kooky styles and flavors. I think the voodoo guy was our favorite. He was jelly-filled AND chocolate-glazed. Best of all worlds. It's probably best there are slim pickin's for vegan doughnuts on the East Coast. I'd have to buy new pants.
