Finding top talent that fits into the culture of our company, managing the vast number of incoming resumes according to government EOE standards, coordinating people's schedules for interviews-let alone having them trained to conduct solid interviews there's more to it than even the savviest executive on our board need. Add to it the fact that our company is scaling to accommodate new high volume projects that we're not staffed for and we have a good case for hiring experts that can hit the ground running, letting you focus on traditional human resources needs.

We will have a very seasoned recruiting director in charge of our recruiting efforts, handling all points of the recruitment process from candidate inquiry to offer acceptance. Talent Connections will be held accountable for hiring success, process efficiency, and metrics. Aiding the strategic direction of the organization and the HR function's contribution to it will be a top priority. Talent Connections also has resources, networking, and access to an applicant tracking system that bring immediate value to our company's hiring efforts.

Our outsourcing solution will be custom designed to fit our needs and have the flexibility to ramp up and down with the department's demand. At a time when recruiting plays such a pivotal role in a company's success, Talent Connections can give us more experienced staff with the flexibility needed to run cost-effectively.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Contract signing (signed contract scanned and emailed to us)
  2. One month probation period after contract is signed
  3. $100.00 per active Member first month in probation period
  4. After probation period $50 per month for each active Member
  5. Active Members must be trained and monitored; team of at least 20 Active Members must be formed in probation period

 

Recruiter has no geographical limits. Probation period expectation is minimum 20 Active Members to keep the Recruiter position and 30 – 40 active Members preferred first month. Recruiter’s pay is after probation period between $2,000.00 and $6,000.00 per month, depending on recruiter’s success.
