Welcome to Corsenside Parish Hall (Registered Charity number 1067904).

Corsenside Parish Hall is close to the boundary of the Northumberland National Park and provides facilities for events to visitors to the Park as well as to local people living in or within reach of the parish of Corsenside, including Ridsdale, East and West Woodburn, the numerous dispersed dwellings within the parish and people from neighbouring parishes too.

The hall is easily accessed from the A68;  there is off-street parking for about six cars and plenty of roadside parking close to the hall in the direction of East Woodburn.

Outside space  --  the hall used as a rest-station for a long distance cycle rally.

In 2016 we began a programme of development to secure the long-term future of the building, with facilities fit for the 21st century.  Urgently needed repairs have been completed to floors and roof and the hall's windows have been replaced with energy-efficient double glazing. New insulated and draught-proof external doors and an accessibility ramp have been installed, internal doorways have been widened for safe and convenient circulation between the Hall,  Supper Room and Toilets, and the kitchen and supper room have been substantially upgraded. The external cladding on the north and west-facing walls has been replaced after filling the previously empty wall cavity with sheep-wool insulation.

Main Hall - reception following the Act of Remembrance at Corsenside War Memorial on Remembrance Sunday (10 November 2019).
