The club was chartered in 1963 as the 286th club in Australia and the 22,572nd club in the world.
Since our charter 188 members have been a part of our club and we have totalled up in excess of 1,500 years of service. Additionally many more years of service can be attributed to family and friends of Lions.
No one has accurately totalled up the dollars put into the community by our club, it is in the millions, and we have only just begun to serve!

Our Club Organisation: 2009/10
Club Members appointed to Lions District Positions in 2009/10
Additionally a number of our members are appointed conveeners for a variety of annual and one off fundraising efforts, community activities and projects.
Our club meets on the 1st (Business) and 3rd (Guest) Thursday of each month at Buckley's on Fellmongers Road Breakwater, Geelong.
In the instance of a third thursday in a month we have a club social occasion.
Lions and their partners visiting Geelong are encouraged to visit our club on any meeting night so that we may warmly greet and meet you and exchange ideas.
