We are tired of the officials elected to represent us passing the buck off to someone else.  Why have a local Government when it refuses to use its power to ensure a proper living environment for its citizens?  We refuse to believe that the people elected have no power to change these issues they just find it easier to pass the buck.

          But when people go without potable water for over 2 yrs on and off and all that's been done is to have the Town and Village both use lawyers to argue whose responsibility it really is.

When citizens are afraid to complain about a bully with a badge, they go to the elected officials with proof of their harassment, and close to ten percent of the population's signatures on a petition asking for a method to complain about police harassment, without fear of reprisal or punishment. Not only are they told there is nothing they can do they actually have a Deputy Mayor of the village tell a reporter that are lying. When in fact she made no effort to look at any of our information and silenced us from speaking about it publically. We don't mind her having an opinion we just wish it was an informed opinion.

When this happens the whole point of an elected local Government is lost.

The purpose of this website is twofold:

a)      To draw attention to these issues and to make sure the Local Government starts to use their power for the good of the people.  

b)      To ensure people have the right to live peaceful and healthy lives
