Social Networking for the Enterprise - using social media tools for business interactions. Purpose: Walk the talk. As our company moves to a ‘digital first strategy’ and uses social media tools to strengthen external communities we need to embrace and engage the tools to strengthen our internal community by using social media tools to communicate, collaborate and work with one another. The question we would like to pursue is if there is technology that could serve us both internally and externally or do we need to explore internally options separately. Ideally, they would be one and the same. We brainstormed a list of things we would love to see.
