Clogging is an American Folk Dance that looks like a cross between Irish, tap and square dancing. We dance to upbeat bluegrass, swing, pop, or rock music - think Green Cards,Toni Price, Asleep at the Wheel, Commander Cody, Aretha Franklin, Los Lonely Boys, Bob Schneider, Paolo Nutini, Duffy & Carolyn Wonderland. Clogging is a form of dance that meets all the criteria of "total exercise" - toning, posture, coordination, circulation, memory skills, energy and stress reduction. Above all, it's alot of fun.
