Summer League

The Main Event
CUC's Summer League is the showcase event of our club.  This year we fielded 18 co-ed teams with over 280 total players.  Games ran once to twice per week between Late May and Early August, at fields in Wethersfield and Cromwell. 
 
Stay tuned to this site next year for the 2010 summer league.  Registration begins in April and closes in mid-May.  After that, teams are drafted by volunteer captains.  The season culminates with a one day tournament to determine the season champion.
 
Congratulations Clown Baby, 2009 Champions!
Clown Baby (captain Todd Larese) capped its first place regular season with a hard-fought tournament finals victory over Fuse (captain Frank Costello), by a score of 13-11. 
 
Thanks again to everyone who volunteered to help clean up after the tournament, and to everyone for following the local parking and speed rules.  We received no complaints, and this bodes well for our future use of the fine Turf Farm fields.
 
 
Merchandise is Available:
