Conesus Volunteer Fire Department and The United Way

The Conesus Volunteer Fire Department depends completely on donations for it's operating budget.  The Conesus Volunteer Fire Department and The Conesus Fire District are
two separate entities.  The Conesus Fire District receives funding from the Town of Conesus and owns and maintains the firehouse, vehicles, and equipment.   The Conesus 
Volunteer Fire Department funding is derived from three major sources: the annual Conesus community fund drive, an annual receipt of funds from the New York State Foreign
Fire Insurance Tax, and funding from the annual United Way Fund Drive.
 
The United Way Fund provides a means for individuals to donate to charities of their choice through a weekly payroll deduction.  The Conesus Volunteer Fire Department has been
fortunate to receive funding from members of our community through The United Way.  Thank You to those of you in our community who donate every week through your employer
to the Conesus Volunteer Fire Department !
