Our offices can be found on the fourth floor of the physics building at the Crawley Campus of the University of Western Australia in Perth. Our labs are on the first floor. We are located on the beautiful banks of the Swan River. See a campus map here.  AccommodationDuring university holidays, accommodation is available at Trinity College, across the road from campus. For those wanting to stay in a self-contained apartment or house (possibly near the beach) a useful accommodation booking website is www.stayz.com.au/wa/perth. Perth City, Fremantle or Cottesloe are the best places to choose for transport to campus and for recreation. For longer stays, the University has several 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units which may be rented. The best way to get from the airports to the city or the campus is by taxi. Perth has a good public transport network operated by Transperth. Buses run regularly from bus stations in the Perth City centre and in Fremantle to the UWA campus (routes 78, 103,102, 107, 98, 99). Route 102 also connects UWA to Cottesloe beach. |
