Pricing
We are committed to transparent pricing and we do not have any hidden callout or travelling time charges. We aim to fix all issues and carry out upgrades etc. during a single visit with one fixed fee. We are committed to minimising the amount you have to pay for technology support, and yet occasionally there will be instances where you will require extended support or parts which need to be charged separately. If so we will keep you informed at every point in advance where you may any incur additional charges and we will not start or continue any work unless you are in complete agreement.
