Step 1: If you have not already then phone +44 (0) 1505 228 168 or click the Skype 'Call Me' button (left) to get in contact with us and we will give you your unique support code number and an appointment time for remote support (if an engineer is not immediately available). We will make a note of your name and a contact telephone number so we can call you back.

Step 2: At the pre-arranged time enter your unique support code in the section below and click 'Connect'

Step 3: A technician will call you back by phone once the remote support session is set up and ready and will commence remote support to trouble shoot your issue.

Once connected we can take control of your computer over the internet and resolve your problem. You will always be in complete control of when we connect to your computer and you can watch the technician at work and disconnect the session at any time.
