 Do you have fruit trees and need some help come picking time? --or-- Do you have some time to donate to your community? --and-- Do you wish to contribute to our local food bank with locally grown produce? The Lighthouse Community Fruit Pickers program is looking to match you up.  We are looking for people to volunteer their time for picking fruit and those who have the trees but need a little help at harvest time. After picking, the produce will be divided up between the tree owner, the pickers and the food bank. Volunteer kitchen workers will create jams, jellies and preserves for food bank donation using our Community Centre Kitchen.
