- LESSONS INCLUDE LECTURES IN BAKER'S MATH, INGREDIENTS, METHODS, BASIC FOOD COSTING, STORAGE ETC.,

- SMALL CLASS OF ONLY 8 OR LESS, SO YOU GET ONE ON ONE INSTRUCTION

- YOU TAKE HOME SAMPLES OF BREADS TO SHOW OFF TO YOUR FAMILY. I OFTEN TELL THE STUDENTS TO SAVE SOME SO THEY CAN SHOW FRIENDS WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IN CLASS.

-STUDENTS FREELY ASK QUESTIONS AND DISCUSS BAKING WOES IN CLASS
