Your “MEID” is your Maricopa Enterprise ID and is your User Name for SIS, Blackboard and HRMS.
The Personal Administration Tool has changed. Now it is easier to find your MEID and change your password.
Find Your MEID and Set Your Password

Open Internet Explorer. |

Navigate to the MEMO Personal Administration Tool at
|
|
| At the bottom of the page, click on MEID Lookup. |
|
|
Fill in the boxes with the required information.
Type in the word here 
That you see here.
Click the submit button. |

| The following page will display you Maricopa Enterprise ID (MEID). Make a note of it. |
|
| The lower portion of the page allows you to set your password. A valid password is
1. at least eight (8) characters in length
2. consists of at least one uppercase letter
3. at least one lowercase letter
4. at least one number
5. no spaces |

| You must set two challenge questions.
Pick a question from each group and type the answer in the box next to it. Pick something you can remember!
Click Submit. |

| You will receive a message that your account was successfully updated. |
|
| It is essential that you change your password when you are notified to do so. |
