Faculty are expected to maintain class rosters on line. Faculty need to verify attendance in your class(es) on a continuous basis.

Please refer students to the Registration & Records office if:

·        He/she has been attending your class, and on your class listing they show as withdrawn

·        OR attending your class, and not listed on your class listing, they are most likely not officially enrolled.

What is an official 45^th day class? 

Classes in session on 45^th day, start on 45^th day, and end on 45^th day. 

All enrollment for classes that meet the above description needs to be given to Registration & Records for processing in SIS before/by Monday, March 2, 2009. 

Enrollment Cancellation (program to drop students for non-payment) reports will continue to run every Friday evening until the end of the semester, and we need your help to insure accurate enrollment and attendance is reported for 45^th day which is on Monday, March 2, 2009.
