John Scrogham

Coach Scrogham comes from a long tradition of winning after spending 13 years in the Globe High School baseball program where he enjoyed two state championships and several region championships as an assistant coach.  Later he became the head coach, accumulating 72 wins in four years, three trips to the state playoffs, and a region championship in 2007. He was selected as the head coach of the 3A South All-star team in 2005 and had the opportunity to help coach the Arizona Super 50 All-star game that same year.  He was also selected as the 3A coach of the year by the Arizona Baseball Coaches Association in 2007. In addition to coaching and teaching, Coach Scrogham is the owner of Fence Busters Indoor Batting Cages and Training Facility.  He moved to San Tan Valley in the summer of 2008 with his wife of 19 years and his four children.
