Greetings and Welcome to Microsoft Office Suite

I am an adjunct instructor in Business Technology at Chippewa Valley Technical College, teaching classes such as Microsoft Office Suite and Podcasting.  I have a B.S. in Career, Technical Education and Training and a specialization in Training and Human Resource Development from UW Stout. 

I look forward to working with each of you in the Microsoft Office Suite this semester. One of our first activities will be to post a little introduction about yourself on the discussion board.  So that you can get to know me a little better too, let me tell you some little known facts about myself. 

I owned a small restaurant specializing in desserts and still love to bake anything chocolate.

I enjoy spending time at our cabin in Washburn, Wisconsin, and competing in the Annual Bayfield Apple Peeling Contest.

I earned 1st place in the Bayfield apple peeling contest Fall '06!  I beat a surgeon from the Mayo Clinic who had been the champion for many years.  My strategy was to wait for the one year that he was not able to attend the competition. A Win is a Win!
