![]() 2012 CRC Youth Learn to Row Summer Camp The camps introduce youth to the sport of rowing. Our inclusive rowing environment fosters: FRIENDSHIP, FITNESS, TEAMWORK, COMMITMENT + FUN! Ages 11-14 - 4 half days 1pm-4pm - $150/week July 9 - 12 / July 16 - 19 / July 23 - 26 Last day for registration June 22Harbourview Park – Rowing Compound(end of Birch Street) Watch youth video - iROW - high school rowing Safety - All youth water activities will be accompanied by a safety boat. Requirements– Be able to swim 50 metres and tread water. Rowers should wear short pants, running shoes, T shirt and a hat. Bring snacks, sunscreen, extra liquid for drinking, a change of clothes and a towel.
Subject to demand, we may provide more camps. All students will have the option to join the Collingwood Rowing Club as a youth member for $50 for the remainder of the season.
