The 2010 NIRA Nationals and US 10K in Atlanta, GA will be Collierville Speed Team's first race of the year. It takes place September 3 - 5. Our skaters will team with the Sprinters Speed Club from Murphreesboro, TN and compete with world class skaters from around the country. This meet is a rare jewel as it is the only indoor race of the year that shares the exact same track layout as short track ice speed skating. The track has wider passing lanes in the straightaway and a tighter turn radius in the corners. The US 10K is an outdoor race that takes place on a close portion of the Atlanta roadways and is sure to be a challenge to all skaters.
