Teacher TipAsk students to complete an appropriate personality test (e.g. links on right). Discuss the kind of work that suits the personalities and what kind of work they would like to do. This will help students identify their strengths and weaknesses and alert them to things they may need to be careful with (e.g. process operators must be very conscientious, check work carefully and pay attention to detail so people who are high on this aspect suit the work well). |
