NordicTrack is a manufacturer of exercise equipment, and is known for its ski machines. It was founded by Edward Pauls in 1975, and acquired by CML corporation in 1986. In 1990, they began to open retail outlets.

ViewPoint is a 480ft (146m) tall skyscraper in Atlanta, Georgia. It started construction in 2006 and has 36 floors. Preston Partnership, LLC designed the building, and Novare Group developed it. The first 2 floors have of retail, and the skyscraper has 385 residential units.
