Collard Bridge is located only 3 miles from Barnstaple, even though in the tranquil surroundings you would never believe civilisation was beyond our site for many more miles.

Groceries:
In Barnstaple itself there is a fantastic Pannier Market and the street running alongside it is Butcher's Row which has some wonderful and truly local butchers, bakers and fish mongers. The bakers even has a fantastic range of gluten-free freshly baked products.
On the outskirts of Barnstaple there are 3 major supermarkets. Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda have and will deliver to the site.
Camping and Outdoor supplies:
For camping supplies there are a few in Barnstaple, but just a little further out towards Braunton is Devon Outdoor and Camping Supplies, based at Trelawneys Garden Centre - they offer a 10% discount to Scouters and Guiders on most products (restrictions on some).
