Some weeks were fully booked for summer 2011 in December 2010! So book soon for 2012. For camping or day visits you must book in advance: we offer free evening/days for local Scout groups who assist with maintenance or assist on the Campsite Service days.
Fees do apply for some day visiting as well if not camping on the site e.g. just using the site for a non-paying activity such as shelter building, tracking etc Bookings will not be accepted without the non-returnable booking deposit of 10% of camp fees or a £50 minimum - this reserves your booking once funds are cleared. Full balance to be paid on arrival. Please note that bookings for early spring Bank holidays and all summer holidays are Saturday to Saturday bookings only. You are able to book our sites by contacting our booking secretary. Please note that until a deposit is sent and received, we will not firmly book you in.

Any change to your booking will incur an administration charge and any cancelation within 8 weeks of your arrival will result in the loss of deposit. During peak times you will be required to clear the site by 12noon New arrivals please contact booking sectary if you are planning to arrive before 2pm. Please leave site clean and tidy ready for next group and check for tent pegs as they tend to come out of the lawn mower at high speed and damage the mower. To book any of our range of activities please request contact details for relevant activities team. If at this stage of your booking you can indicate if you wish to book the campfire circle, any pioneering poles etc. that would help us plan the weekend or week you are attending.
