Colchester Harriers Athletes were in action on Saturday in the icy conditions of Gloucester Park
Basildon representing Essex in the
South East Inter Counties Cross Country.

 

Sam Redgrave is returning to form and had a very good run to finish in 9th place in the Senior Race.  K-J Watts put in another strong performance to finsih 23rd in the Junior Girls and Molly Huggins had a fine run to finish 49th in the Inter Girls race.

 

Rob Clarke did very well to finish 44th in the Inter Race.
