She is the doughter of Seljuk Ruler - Kilicarslan II.
The first hospital in Anatolia was built in honor of Gevher Nesibe Hatun who died of a disease at a young age, requesting for this hospital to be built, and named after her.
In 1204 (AD), her brother Giyasettin Keyhusrev- ruler of that time- ordered this hospital to be built. Construction of the hospital was completed in 1206. It is located in Kayseri - Turkey
