All participants must register for the conferences. Click on the Online Registration Link and follow on-screen instructions to securely submit your registration form. Alternatively, you can download and complete the registration form (MS Word File), and send it as an attachment to coh+reg@oa-host.org. Registration is NOT complete until a registration fee is received. All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars (US$). Registration fees includes lodging and refreshments during the conference. (check in 4:00PM Nov 2 and check out 11:00AM Nov 7, no discount for a shorter stay). Please check the following registration fee schedule:
After submitting the registration form, an email will be sent explaining the registration fee payment process. All payments must be made in full for the amount specified on the registration form. On-site payment cannot be accepted. Registration fees are refundable less a twenty percent (20%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before September 30, 2008, or less a forty percent (40%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before October 31, 2008. No refund will be considered if notice of cancellation is received after October 31, 2008. Villa conference participants who require a visa to enter the United States are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process as soon as possible. If visa assistance from ViC-COH is necessary, please email coh+visa@oa-host.org. The conference will send an invitation letter via e-mail attachment for use in the visa application process. |
