Background: 

            (1) DOS programs in Windows:  LSA's COGREHAB programs were originally programmed in MS-DOS and many people still appreciate the tasks and have developed a wealth of valued experience in their use.  We have now discovered a method whereby our DOS programs can be run in a Windows environment, preserving the precise and accurate timing available in the programs when run in a native DOS environment.

            (2) "Portable" Apps:  It is now possible to put the programs on a USB Flash Memory stick which, when inserted in a Windows PC, offers a program menu from which the programs can be run.  Clinically, this means a patient can take the flash memory stick home and run the programs as you have specified.  The "portability" means that the programs do not have to be "installed" as most Windows programs do and it will not be a problem if the flash stick is considered an "E:" drive in the clinic and an "F:" drive at home.
