The house on the hill is about a 3 minute walk from the water. It's a 3 story, 2000 sqft wooden structure with a fibercement roof.
The top floor has a completely open layout, and windows all around. The view of the bay ("Tierra Oscura"/"Dark Land") and the 11,000ft mountains on the mainland is fantastic.

The ground floor is being used as a tool shed right now. Long term plan is to add a couple of bedrooms. Issues with the house that are currently being fixed: (1) The roof has a couple of small leaks. The caretaker is going to seal some cracks and screw holes. |
