Cobb Choral Wiki

Purpose:
For the choral teachers in Cobb to share information, files, testimonials, etc.

How to use this page:
Find a discussion and learn from it. Find a discussion and add to it. If you want to start a new discussion, create a new page.

When asking/answering questions, you will need to specify that you asked/answered it. So if you're joining us, introduce yourself at the bottom of this page. Then when you answer a question, just put your name after it.

To ask a question that is related to a pre-existing page (i.e., concert practices), add the question to that page. If you have a totally new area that you want to create a page for, click on "Create a page", give it a title and add your questions to it.

I think it's best as a choral community that we not overload everyone with questions. Let's post a question, invite everyone to comment, and let that be the focus for a while. I believe this will be better than saying "Please log on and answer these 75 questions."

If you need help, email jay.champion@cobbk12.org.

Who can use this:
Everyone. Anybody can post. All are welcome. Keep it clean. ;) HOWEVER, you must be added as a collaborator to add to this site.

How to get added as a collaborator:
  1. Create a google account by going to www.google.com and clicking on "Sign In" on the top right hand corner of the screen, then click on "Create an account now" - OR - You might try this link to create an account. Your username doesn't have to be anything original or fancy. I used my school email address "jay.champion@cobbk12.org" as my username.

NOTE: You DO NOT have to create a gmail account. Lord knows I don't need another email account to check. Creating a google account is NOT the same thing as creating a gmail account. You can create a google account WITHOUT creating a gmail account.
  2. If you have a Google account, email your Google username (but not your password) to jay.champion@cobbk12.org and I will invite you to be a collaborator.
  3. NOTE: Your invitation comes from google.com, so it will probably get sent to spam. Regardless, once I've added your google username to the list of collaborators, you can edit the site.
