Welcome Folks...We are here to help you find your beach house on the West Coast of Ecuador...

This is our house on the beach, and we can get one for you.  We are located just a little bit south of the fun, resort town of Montanita.  The beaches here are wide and uncrowded.  We have access to owners who have grown too old for the trip from Guayaquil, or their kids seem to be busy with other things, and don't make the trip as often as they used to.
 
We are Bob and Roxanne Hedges, and have been Real Estate Professionals since 1972.  We are now living permanently on the beach, just south of the Resort community of Montanita.  We have had countless questions about how we did it, so we have decided to go ahead and open up again.  Our aim is to provide the great service that we did when we owned Real Estate Companies in California and Oregon.
