Tahini Oat Raisin Cookies Ingredients 6 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup agave (or you can use all honey)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup golden raisins (or chopped nuts, or dark chocolate)
Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, place foil on two baking sheets and spray with cooking spray or brush with a little oil. 2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. 3. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. (One of my baking sheets took 10 minutes and the other took 15 so just keep an eye on them). 4. Let cool completely before removing from the foil or you might just have to eat all the broken ones. |
