Ingredients
1 cup Stonyfield Farm Organic Lowfat Yogurt Vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin 
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 large banana, chopped
1 cup 8th Continent Light vanilla soy milk
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 Tbsp ready-to-eat granola cereal
1 serving SweetLeaf Stevia Extract Powder, to taste
 
Instructions

1. Mix everything together. Put in the fridge overnight.

2. Heat prior to eating (optional), about 1 minute 20 seconds in microwave.
