Ingredients
2 5oz pink salmon fillets Garlic sea salt and pepper to taste Extra virgin olive oil spray Garlic powder to taste 1/8 cup Grey Poupon whole grain mustard 1 Tbsp honey 1/2 Tbsp chicken broth or water 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp dry mustard Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and spray a small baking dish with EVOO spray. Place the fillets in the dish and spray the topside with EVOO spray and sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper turning the fillets to coat. 2. In a small bowl mix the garlic powder through the dry mustard and pour a tablespoon of the mixture over each fillet. Bake fillets for about 10 to 12 minutes, according to thickness of fish. 3. Serve topped with the remaining mustard mixture and serve with fresh steamed veggies. |
