3/4 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 2 Tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp maple extract (or whatever you prefer....mix it up. Get a little crazy) pinch ground cinnamon 2 Tbsp good strong coffee 1 tsp instant espresso (I used decaf) 1 Tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
**Makes about eight servings of 2.5 Tbsp each.
