These tips will help you to Begin your Weight Loss Resolutions now!!!

  • Engage in at least 30 minutes of activity each day. Go for a walk, play with the kids/pets, dance to your favorite songs while no one is looking . . . or while they are!

  • Have a salad or two everyday. The more raw vegetables, the better!

  • Write down everything you eat. If you bite it then be sure to write it!

  • Start eliminating sugar from your diet. Add spices like cinnamon and nutmeg to your foods to trick your sweet tooth.

  • Don't drink your calories. Soda and juices add extra calories that could be better spent on a balanced meal.

  • Wake up, drink a glass of water, and BREAK-THE-FAST! A healthy breakfast will help to reduce your cravings throughout the day.

  • Avoid processed foods. Eat more natural healthy foods.

  • Before deciding to eat, ask yourself if you are really hungry. You may just be thirsty, or there may be something else you would like to do. Find out what!

  • And of course, drink at least 8 glasses of water per day!
