- Physical activity is critical to the development and maintenance of good health. The goal of physical education is to develop physically educated individuals who have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity.
Rules
- Students should have a combination lock. Students will then be assigned a locker to store valuables and other items.
- Students must change out of "school clothes". Students should wear shorts or sweat pants, appropriate athletic shoes, T-Shirt or sweatshirt.
- Students absent from class or unprepared for class will have an opportunity to make up class during study halls or after school.
- Sportsfolio will only be assigned to students excused from physical activity for at least 2 weeks. The student must have a valid medical note.
Study Guides: Select the appropriate Study Guide from the attachments below. Remember, some rules and field markings are modified for Physical Education classes.
