Adina Lederer is an ACPI CCPF (Certified Coach for Parents and Families) who works with parents and children to develop effective skills and strategies to deal with life’s daily challenges. Drawing on her experiences as a parent, teacher and coach, Adina empowers parents to define and realize both short and long term goals in order to bring more harmony and balance to her client’s family life.

Adina’s passion is positive parenting, something she is fortunate enough (along with her husband) to practice daily with her three sons (ages 5, 10 and 15) and 13 year old daughter. Having the innate ability to look deep within both children and adults and understand what they are feeling, she can quickly tap into their hearts and assess problems and challenges and come up with solutions.

Professionally trained as a teacher, Adina has been teaching for more than 15 years and is currently a grade school teacher at the Moriah School in Englewood New Jersey. She teaches her many students coping strategies to allow them to deal with daily challenges both in and out of the classroom while helping them develop strong self-esteem by focusing on their unique personalities, talents and struggles. She coaches parents in order to develop better parenting skills and advises them how to deal with life’s daily challenges.

Adina’s foray into parent coaching has been guided by her motto which she uses daily as a teacher and a parent – “If you believe it, you can achieve it!”
