On the 26th of July 2008, C-Nergy Enterprise participated in the Young Enterprise Achievers' Sales Fair 2008 organised by AMERICAN MALAYSIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (Amcham) at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Complex Old Wing, Lower Ground Floor.Among the items sold by us include :

Besides, for customers who purchased RM25 and above worth of items, you would get to participate in the Wheel of Fortune to win attractive gifts and cash vouchers. It was a great experience for fellow achievers. All participants of this event showed wonderful support towards each other to make this a tremendous success.

More than 400 students from 37 schools nationwide participated in this year's Citi Stock Challenge. During the two-day challenge, student teams formed 147 "brokerage houses" and used RM1,000 "seed money" to trade in a simulated stock market that featured 20 stocks in five sectors (energy, manufacturing, trade, communications and hospitality). The program was run by Ms. Lin Dickson, Mr. Glenn Kletke, and Mr. Bill van Gulik. They are from Ottawa, Canada, and are experts who are also going to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore for the same program. This program teaches Young Enterprise members to deal with the stock market and prepares us for the business world and being a stockbroker.The first day was “Knowledge Day,” where students were taught the fundamentals of investment. Putting this new acquired knowledge into action was the focus of day two where the students formed their own brokerage houses and participated in a mock trading day.

FedEx Express/Junior Achievement International Trade Challenge (ITC) 2008

Some 400 students from 15 schools in Kuala Lumpur, who are part of the Young Enterprise programme, a community education programme under the auspices of the American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce, attended an International Trade Workshop on June 18. The students will prepare a paper on “International Market Entry Strategy”. Ten short-listed teams, comprising two students each, will present their entry at the Malaysia leg of the ITC on July 17. Of the 10, three teams will be selected to represent the country at the final of the ITC. C-Nergy is glad to announce that our own ITC group successfully made it into the top 10 of the International Trade Challenge at national level with the Karakouri Carrier Case as our product to be marketed in Japan.

25/4/08 : Earth-Day Themed Sale

The Citi Malaysia lobby was transformed into a mini bazaar as students from the Citi sponsored Young Enterprise Program showcased their entrepreneurial skills. The 50 students from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan USJ 13 and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Katolik were participating in one of Citibank's Earth Day celebration events. Since the sale was only 3 days after the World Earth Day (22 April), our theme for the sale was based on World Earth Day. It was a great opportunity for you to show your support towards World Earth Day by purchasing our World Earth Day-themed products.Support World Earth Day, Save Mother Earth.
