PAGES 1 AND 2 ONLY NEED TO BE SUBMITTED ONE TIME PER SEASON



If you do not have a 3 digit Membership Number or the special registration number given upon request for non-members (see online registration page), you may not register for classes until you have one of these two numbers. Any 4 digit numbers WILL BE rejected by the database because they are invalid numbers and you will need to re-register when you arrive at the show. Please DO NOT input ANY 4 digit numbers in any online form, the database will not accept them.

From this page you will be able to register for the CMHA shows prior to your arrival. You may continue to register for additional classes or scratch classes once you arrive, but this page is designed to speed up the process of registration when you arrive as well as helping ease some of the manual office work in the show office.

Please be sure to print out a copy of the showbill before you begin to ensure you register for the correct class numbers.

You will be required on your first visit to fill out four different pages:

  • Page 1 will be your personal information including your horse's name, back number, etc. This form will only be filled out once each year for the back number you are assigned for the horse/rider combination related to that number.
  • Page 2 will be information we are collecting on horses including the Coggins Accession number. This information is for helping clear up some of the confusion related to registered names and barn/call names of horses. This page will be filled out for each horse you are bringing to the show, whether or not it is used under the back number you are registering for classes. You will only fill this form out once for each horse used each year. Once the horse has been registered here, you do not need to go back to this page.
  • Page 3 will be information about your declaration to have your points counted toward the Weekend High Point Award. You will only fill this form out once for each show weekend. You will either choose yes or no for weekend high points. This form will also collect information about stalls used, camping, and trailer-in fees.
  • Page 4 will be the actual class registration page. You will need to fill out this form for each class you are riding in for the weekend show. You can printout a show bill with class numbers from the homepage of this website. After you have registered all of your classes, we will pull the data from the website and you will receive a confirmation email within a couple days of your registration. You need to printout your confirmation and bring it to the show office when you check in. If you register online the Friday before the show, we will have your printout in the show office no later than 7 AM Saturday morning, but will try to have the printout for you when the show office opens at 7 PM Friday evening.
Online registration will end at 2 PM Friday on any show weekend until we gain high speed internet access at the fairground and then the site will be available throughout the weekend.
