Secular Student Alliance at CLU



We are a secular club at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Our mission is to:
  • Promote and practice the open, rational, and scientific examination of the universe and our place in it.
  • Provide a community for atheists, agnostics, skeptics, humanists, naturalists, and other free-thinkers.
  • Organize open discussion.
  • Continuously educate ourselves with regard to the beliefs of others so that we may truly understand their arguments and speak from a position of knowledge.
  • Keep an open mind!

Our club is welcoming of anyone from any background religiously or other and thrives to learn through CLU's tradition of higher learning.
